That Tattooed Dragon

Drew this during "midterms" (a.k.a. summer school. gak, it hurts to get ahead...). Actually, I lie. I inked it in school, drew it while waiting for the orthodontist. It's sad that I draw only when I have nothing else to do. I mean, I draw at other times, but those pictures never turn out as nice. Why oh why do my better drawings happen when I'm completely bored out of my mind?

I want it colored...but I'm too lazy to. So if you want to color it, go ahead. Just tell me first.
